How long does it actually take?

What's included in the once-off Setup Fee?

Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You tell us what the business does and what you want on the site — we handle the build, hosting, and updates. Content changes go through us as part of your monthly plan.
Can I cancel?

1. Who we are
Strives ("we," "us") builds websites, chatbots, and booking tools for businesses in George, Western Cape. This policy covers strives.co.za and its booking, contact, and chatbot demo forms.
2. What information we collect
Only what you give us directly: your name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you use the Booking or Contact forms. We don't collect anything else about you automatically.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, schedule discovery calls, and follow up about our services — nothing more. This is our legitimate business interest and, where you submit a form, your consent.
4. How it's stored and protected
Submitted details are sent to our business email and handled like any other correspondence. This demo site does not currently store form data in a database — nothing is retained beyond what you submit.
5. Who we share it with
No one. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for.
6. Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The booking wizard and chatbot demo run entirely in your browser and aren't saved anywhere once you close the tab.
7. Your rights
Under POPIA, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@strives.co.za and we'll action it promptly.
